Jake Paul to face Hasim Rahman Jr. in August

Jake Paul revealed on Thursday morning that he will take on Hasim Rahman Jr. at Madison Square Garden on August 6.

Rahman, 31, has fought at heavyweight and appears to be the most challenging foe Paul faces.

Chhote Rahman, who is older and more experienced than Paul, is the son of former heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman.

I want to show the boxing community that I am, in fact, a real dog.

Paul, 25, has yet to compete against a professional boxer.

He has a 5-0 win record, including twice over former UFC champion Tyron Woodley, once over Ben Askren, once over Nate Robinson and once over YouTuber AnEsonGib.

Rahman began his career with 12 consecutive wins, before suffering a technical knockout loss to James McKenzie Morrison in his most recent match.

According to reports, the fight in August will be a 200-pound contest with eight rounds.
