$1 bills can be worth up to $2,000

Recently, a COIN collector displayed a dollar bill that he claims is worth up to $2,000, and he claimed it to be genuine.

Eric Miller, a coin collector, explained how to identify a valuable one dollar bill by its serial number on the bill.

In the introduction to his video, he explained that one of his fans recently discovered a collection that had belonged to their grandfather and had decided to check it out.

After that, Eric played the video his follower had sent him, in which she could be seen holding a dollar bill bearing the serial number 00000002.

The bill appears to have some wear and tear, but it is kept in a case to guard against further deterioration.

The bill's original year of issue, 1985, was also mentioned by the fan.

The fact that it was clearly the second bill printed that year contributed to the bill's value.

Eric's response to the bill, however, reflects the grandfather's observation of the number and his choice to safeguard it for years to come.

Usually, when someone collects coins, the most expensive coins are either extremely rare or have mintage flaws.

A quick way to determine the value of a coin if you're not sure how much it will sell is to look it up on eBay and see what it or other coins like it has previously sold for.
