Here is a brown 1981-D Lincoln cent from the Coin Az collection.

Circulated coin struck by Denver mint.

This penny is in fine condition by Sheldon scale with light to medium wear on high points and relatively poor strike and not that good eye appeal.

It has numerous contact marks on the fields, as on the focal areas of the Lincoln bust.

The reverse side displays some unpleasant tarnish stocks under the One of face value.

Near the letter T some mustard yellow hues catch the eye. So these coins I lower grad and are worth just face value.

But the highest mint state, that is MS67 Plus these coins are worth over 5000 dollars.

For instance, this superb gem at the mentioned grade was sold for $5,170.00 in 2017 at Heritage Auctions.
